Our Teams
The goal of Performance teams is to provide the unique opportunity for students to take what they are learning during the A and H block and enrich those skills in a dedicated performance team. These teams were designed with the hope that it would help students dive deep into their passions. This program is mainly for 3rd-5th graders, with shorter duration offerings for Kindergarten-2nd graders.
Performance Teams occur before and after school and require a commitment to excellence. These teams showcase their culminating performances at the Really Big Show each spring.
What is the Really Big Show?
The Really Big Show is free to the entire community. This big performance showcases the culminating projects for all performance teams. Historically, this show is at North Idaho College and is spectacular!
Our performance teams are a big part of the heart and soul of our school.
Each performance team has its own criteria for joining--some by audition, most by simply expressing an interest and working hard.
Performance Teams meet outside of school hours. These groups are designed for students who are serious about developing high-level knowledge and performance skills in certain areas.
