Juggling
The juggling team is a fun group that meets once a week to practice and learn the sport of tossing and catching or manipulating objects, keeping them in constant motion. Students will have the opportunity to explore a wide variety of juggling equipment and learn new skills in a fun and engaging way. Throughout the year, students will also learn the art of patience and perseverance as this sport takes a lot of time and dedication to master. Learning to juggle has many great benefits. Juggling builds hand-eye coordination in ways that improve reaction time, reflexes, spatial awareness, strategic thinking, and concentration.
We use our time together to work on juggling skills and routines and may perform with other performing groups and alone. We will accomplish many amazing things!
