The Future Readiness Project is built around six core competencies — the 6 Cs — set by the district and supported by the district's academic curriculum and the college and career readiness learning and experiences students complete at CHS. Together, they provide a clear framework for how students grow over their four years of high school. Students demonstrate this growth by collecting and uploading artifacts from real coursework, projects, activities, and experiences in their Future Readiness Portfolio.
