NOTICE OF VACANCY POSITION: GROUNDS WORKER (40 hrs/wk, benefitted) Maintenance Department, Various School Buildings/Departments JOB GOAL: The primary function of an employee in this class is to perform maintenance, repair, inspection, and service work on School District grounds, including equipment, machinery, irrigation systems, and related systems. When not working on the grounds, an employee in this classification may perform other work of the Maintenance Department. Duties include mowing and fertilizing grounds, snow removal, maintenance and repair of irrigation systems. QUALIFICATIONS: Some experience working as a Grounds Worker preferred.
