Hardworking, focused, and full of ambition, Jolie Spindler has been named Coeur d’Alene Rotary’s Venture Academy Student of the Month for April — a well-deserved recognition for a young woman who exemplifies determination both in and out of the classroom.
Since joining Venture, Jolie has made an immediate impact with her strong work ethic, positive attitude, and drive to succeed. Not only is she a standout student who consistently completes her assignments on time, but she also balances her academic responsibilities with a leadership role at Rancho Viejo in Post Falls, where she works as a manager.
“Jolie is a joy to have in class,” said one of her instructors. “She brings energy and focus every day, and she’s clearly passionate about her future.”
And that future is already coming into view. Jolie plans to own her own restaurant by the time she’s 21 — an ambitious goal she's preparing for by soaking up on-the-job experience and sharpening her management skills. She’s actively learning from those around her and taking every opportunity to grow.
Adding to her impressive list of accomplishments, Jolie is on track to graduate a full year early — a testament to the dedication and effort she’s put into her studies.
Jolie Spindler is more than just a student; she’s a leader in the making, and her time at Venture Academy is just the beginning of what promises to be a successful career in the restaurant industry.
