Drums
In Drumming, we learn techniques and rhythms that can be used with the Djembe drums. We also learn a little about the history of the drums, the African drumming culture and how the drums are made.
Each time we meet, we end the class with some fun drumming games that help us practice our skills.
Find out more about instructor, Mr. Schmehl, who has been interested in music since an early age. He played in the Jazz Ensemble at North Idaho College, teaches music through Cda Musical Arts, and enjoys playing Jazz, Blues, Funk, New Age-Electronic, Latin and Rock & Roll.
