Graduation Information
CORDS/STOLES
There are still a few people who have honors cords and honors stoles to pick up. These must be picked up by Thursday at 3pm to wear them at the Grad rehearsal and ceremony.

GRAD WALK INFO: Go back to your elementary school and let them celebrate you! Wear your cap and gown.

Graduation Rehearsal for students only is FRIDAY at 11:00 AM in the LCHS Gymnasium.
Please arrive no later than 10:50 AM and head straight to the gym upon arrival.
Do not be late.
You must be fully dressed in your cap/gown/tassel/cords/stole. We’ll be taking the official group photo immediately after everyone is seated, so be sure to look your best!
We need your cooperation to keep things running smoothly. When you arrive, please begin forming a line on the gym floor, starting at the Den and wrapping around the entire gym. Line up tallest to shortest. Staff will be available to help, but your quick organization will help us stay on schedule.
Attached to this message are the ordering instructions for both the group photo and the professional photo that will be taken at graduation during your final handshake with Mr. Kelly.

GRADUATION
Saturday, June 6: LCHS Graduation @ 11am on Van Troxel Field.
Families: Our graduation ceremony will be held outdoors on the football field. Families are
encouraged to plan ahead and come prepared for a variety of weather conditions to ensure a
comfortable experience. Gates and seating opens for all at 9:30am. Seating is on the bleachers and grass behind the fences. No early entry permitted. There are NO TICKETS needed for admission.
Graduates please arrive at 10:00am
Diplomas will be handed out immediately after graduation. Recessional will proceed back into the gym where you will get in line to pick up your diploma.

FINES
These MUST be paid before you can participate in the graduation ceremony on June 6th and/or receive your official diploma and/or official transcript.
If you have fines, please pay those either online via Revtrak or in person via cash or checks - CARDS CAN'T BE ACCEPTED. If you have a fine for a library book or textbook and you have those, please return those to the library so that the fine can be removed. Also, please return your Chromebook and charger to the library if you will not be using it the rest of the year. All Chromebooks and Charger are due by the end of the day Thursday, June 4th!
Please note: NO FINES can be paid the morning of graduation! Please see the bookkeeper for information.

Seniors, if you haven’t filled out the waiver yet to attend the senior all night party, please do so and turn it in to the front office:
-Doors will close at 10:30, no entry after that time
-Once you leave, you cannot return
-Waiver needs to be signed to enter
-No purses, backpacks or coats (restroom toiletries & backpacks will be provided)
-Bring student ID or Drivers license
-Follow rules, mind your manners AND have fun!
