Welcome to my class page.  I am excited about the move to Skyway Elementary School.  It was last minute, but I am settled in and happy to still be teaching first grade.  

A little information about me. I graduated from Clarion University of Pennsylvania with a business degree, but after having my kids, I decided that the schools were where my heart really lay.  So I attended the University of Idaho to obtain my teaching degree.  I have been teaching for 12 years now and I love teaching the littles.  

I have lived in the beautiful pacific northwest longer than I have lived anywhere else, so I consider this home now.  I have two amazing kids.  My son is attending U of I  and my daughter is attending NIC.  Both of the kids went all the way through the CDA school district.  I also have two funny dogs that keep us on our toes.  When I am not at school, I am either out on our boat enjoying our beautiful lakes, or I am watching some kind of sporting event.  I love all sports and I am a die-hard Pittsburgh fan.  GO STEELERS, PENS, and PIRATES!!!!!
