Nicole Roth is a part-time math teacher at Canfield Middle School but her dedication toward her students is full time and beyond.
She’ll create math games to make learning more fun. She’ll talk to students in the hallways about any struggles they may be having. She is driven to see her students succeed.
“Nicole pours her heart and soul into her students,” says colleague and school counselor Leigh Sales. “She thinks outside the box and works hard to get to the core of any learning difficulty they may have. If she notices a student needs a little bit more time and attention, she will work with them before school or after school. Whatever it takes to help students learn, she is doing that.”
For her commitment to excellence, Roth is the Coeur d’Alene School District Middle School Educator of the Month.
