From the moment Josh joined our team, he’s gone above and beyond to create a school environment that’s clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone. Whether he’s meticulously caring for classrooms, handling unexpected tasks, or making sure the common areas feel inviting, Josh does it all with an unmatched work ethic—and a big smile!
His colleagues describe him as dependable, kind and always ready to help. “No job is too big or small for Josh,” says Jessica Mires, an online English teacher. “He tackles everything with care and a positive attitude, and his presence has truly elevated the atmosphere of our school.”
A colleague added “Josh has really taken charge of the Venture Academy building. His care and commitment to staff and students show in everything he does.”
