Jeff has dedicated over 27 years to Coeur d'Alene Public Schools, showcasing his commitment to students and education. He has served as an assistant principal, middle school principal, and for the past 14 years, the principal of Lakes Middle School. His leadership has transformed Lakes into a thriving community, earning admiration from students, staff, and the community. By creating an environment of trust and collaboration, Jeff encourages his staff to use their strengths, embrace teamwork, and implement innovative practices like professional learning communities and the Instructional Framework to improve student success. Jeff’s ability to connect personally with his staff and students has created a culture of care, growth, and inclusivity at Lakes and, as a result, the school is now seen as a model of success within the district. Jeff's dedication, compassion, and transformative leadership make him a very deserving 2025 Administrator of the Year!
