Our High School Classified Employee of the Month is Kathy Smith, Coeur d’Alene High School Counseling Secretary.

"One of Kathy’s standout qualities is her attention to detail and her responsiveness to the needs of those around her. A perfect example of this is when I casually mentioned that I didn’t like a small outdated sign in our center and how I wanted to replace it. Without even needing further discussion, Kathy took the initiative, had a new sign made, and replaced the old one. This kind of proactive problem-solving and attention to even the smallest details has had a positive impact on our environment.
Kathy’s ability to listen, act on feedback, and make positive changes without hesitation has been a tremendous asset to our team. She is a great addition to the Counseling Office, and we are truly lucky to have her."
