With her positive attitude and unwavering work ethic, Caryn never fails to leave a lasting impression. Whether assisting a new student or parent, in person or over the phone, she exemplifies the excellence of our classified employees who are key to our school’s success. But one thing we can always depend on is Caryn Zimmerman welcoming us to the building each morning.
Caryn wears her heart on her sleeve and perfectly balances caring for every student while also holding them accountable for their actions. She juggles so much every day, and does it all without going crazy. Well, she's a little crazy - but the good kind. She helps create an atmosphere of consistency and fun. From helping decorate for the changing seasons to planning teacher dress up days, she makes the school feel like home for so many of our students. She helps Venture be a place where people want to be."
