We are so pleased to announce our Idaho Panhandle Kiwanis Club Middle School Teacher of the Month for December is Toni Brey, English Language Arts and Social Studies teacher at Canfield Middle School.
She was nominated by Saprina Densley and Luke Lewis.
Ms. Densley says, "Toni has done an outstanding job teaching ELA Boost. She is positive and has high expectations for her students. In addition, she quickly became a beloved member of the staff. She funny and energetic and is always willing to help staff by taking on their duty when they need to be gone. What a great addition to CMS!"
Mr. Lewis says, "Toni always brings such great positivity to the green hall, which new 6th graders greatly appreciate! She does such a great job connecting with students, such as learning all their names extremely fast. Seeing how many kids come back to see her in the morning after only being here for one year is incredible."
