Public Records Requests
Our district strives to make all records public unless they are exempt per Idaho Code Title 74, Chapter 1, Sections 74-103 and FERPA regulations and guidelines. All public information must be submitted per Idaho Code 74-102.

For many years, the District has made available a downloadable, printable Public Records Request Form for those who prefer that option.
In order to improve efficiency, effective December 1, 2025, we are exclusively moving to our online, fillable Public Records Request Form. The printable version of the form will no longer be available.

The online form ensures all required information is provided in compliance with Idaho Code, helping reduce delays and resubmissions. It is also mobile-friendly for convenient use on any device.
Please note: We do not have a dedicated email address for submitting Public Records Requests. All requests should be submitted using the online form.
