Open Enrollment for the 2026-2027 Plan Year

Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to review and make changes to your employee benefits. Find plan information, rates, enrollment instructions, important deadlines, and helpful resources below. Coeur d'Alene Public Schools has changed its benefit plan options. You must log-in into the Employee Navigator and select your new insurance plan in order to have insurance benefits.

Log into Employee Navigator and select your benefits.

Meet 1-on-1 with a benefit counselor at the District Office.

Walk ins are available at the district office from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. on 7/27, 7/29, 8/3, and 8/5

Insurance Provider Information

Dental Provider Options

  • Northwest Dental Benefits: You would utilize one of the four local offices in Kootenai County. Avondale Dental, Element Dental, Selkirk Dental and Legacy Dental. Their pediatric and orthodontia partners are: Dr. Dance-Dentistry for Kids, Riverstone Orthodontics and Peach Orthodontics. You are not able to utilize dentists outside of these clinics.

  • Dental Blue Connect (Willamette) i
    s an alternative dental option to our traditional incentive dental plan. Under this plan you visit the Willamette clinic and pay a copay for all services. This plan offers orthodontic coverage!

    • You are not able to utilize dentists outside of the clinic.

  • Blue Cross Dental
    is a PPO provider network. District employees receiving services from non-PPO dental providers will be responsible for their illustrated benefit percentage, as well as any amount over Blue Cross of Idaho’s out-of-network maximum allowance.
