Volunteer in Our District

We love our volunteers! To ensure district funds are used responsibly, please only complete a background check if you have been specifically requested to volunteer by a school or teacher.

IF YOU HAVE COMPLETED A BACKGROUND CHECK IN THE LAST TWO YEARS, DO NOT APPLY AGAIN.

Background checks are valid for two years.

When is a Background Check NOT Required?

You do not need a background check if you are simply attending a class party or field trip as a parent/guest and are driving yourself.

Important Deadlines

Two-Week Notice Required: We are unable to expedite background checks. If a request is submitted less than two weeks before an event, we cannot guarantee approval.

Fingerprinting: Chaperones (drivers/overnight stays) must schedule a fingerprinting appointment with HR at least two weeks in advance.
