Hi my name is Mrs. Symons! I am so excited to be teaching at Lakes Magnet Middle School. I am in my 19th year of teaching. I received my BA in Education from Northwest University in Seattle, WA. I also have my Masters in Leadership and Administration from the University of Idaho.
I was born and raised in Coeur d'Alene! This is the most beautiful place in the world to live. I have been married to Corey Symons for 18 years and we have 2 amazing children, Madi and Caden. Madi is a 8th grader here at Lakes and Caden is a 6th grader at Lakes. Our family enjoys sports, outdoor activities, and traveling.
I am currently teaching 7th grade math for the 2018-2019 school year. Please refer to Skyward for grades and assigments. Please email when you have questions. Students will be using my Google Classroom for assignments and updates.
