Hello there! My name is Kilee Wilson. I am so excited to be teaching Fifth Grade at Hayden Meadows Elementary! I've spent all of my 24 years in Idaho. I was raised in North Idaho, where my family has strong ties to the region. I spent my first three years teaching in Kamiah, Idaho. While in Kamiah, I taught both Fifth and Sixth Grades. I graduated from Eastern Washington University with a degree in Elementary Education and a Literacy Education endorsement in June of 2020. In addition, I am currently working on my masters program, studying Curriculum and Instruction. From the time I began teaching, I knew I wanted to work with upper elementary students. The students are equally adventurous and energetic, which mirrors my teaching style. I am most excited to be teaching students to love our area and to discover new and exciting things. In my free time I love to travel both locally and internationally. My other hobbies include country concerts, stock car racing, fishing, and berry picking. I have one dog, Clyde, he is a Black Tri Mini Australian Shepherd. One fun fact about me is that I once ziplined upside-down over a river in Mexico! I am so excited to be joining the family at Hayden Meadows and look forward to all the things to come! Go Huskies!!
