Welcome to 4th Grade!

My name is Melissa Sampson and I've been teaching at Hayden Meadows since 2007. Probably one of the most important things to know about me as an educator is that my students are my family. In my class, we work with integrity, honesty, and most certainly have fun. The relationship that I have with my students and family is also extremely important. 

Professionally, I believe that being an educator means constantly reflecting and embracing any learning opportunity that presents itself. I believe that in order to be successful, being one who can collaborate and build off of peers' experiences is also imperative. As a learning community, we hold the same high expectations for all of our learners.
