My name is Lisa Pica and I am proud to introduce myself as the Principal of Hayden Meadows. I am a native of Idaho and have been a resident of North Idaho since 1985. Prior to becoming an educator, I was in business administration. I had always wanted to be an educator, so I pursued my undergraduate degree from the University of Idaho and later received my Master’s Degree from Gonzaga University. I have been employed by the Coeur d’Alene School District since 1997. My experience as an educator includes teaching kindergarten, Title I Reading, advanced learning classes, second grade, fifth grade and principal at Dalton Elementary before coming to Hayden Meadows.

Hello Hayden Meadows families! My name is Kristina Davenport and I am happy to be the Assistant Principal this year. Previously, I was the Principal at Borah Elementary School for five years. I have enjoyed my years as an educator in different roles such as a middle school teacher, elementary instructional coach, and administrator. My own children went through the Coeur d’Alene School District, so I am happy to work with this community committed to students.
