Class of 2025 Graduation Information
We are so excited to celebrate our Class of 2025 at our CHS Commencement Ceremony, which will take place on
June 6, 2025, at 7 pm in Viking Stadium.
Should we encounter bad weather, we will move the ceremony to Viking Court (tickets will be required if we must move indoors). See below for more information.
Tickets are not required for the outdoor graduation in Viking Stadium.
Audience members should enter together as a group. Please do not save seats with personal items. Unattended items will be gathered. We want everyone to enjoy this special occasion, and thank you for your cooperation.
In the event of a severe inclement weather forecast, the graduation ceremony may be moved inside. If a change of venue is made, every CHS graduate will be given 5 tickets for guests to attend an inside graduation ceremony.
Alternate Viewing Options
The ceremony will be streamed live at: Coeur d'Alene School District 271
Our CHS auditorium will also be streaming the ceremony as it is happening.
For a Viking Court Ceremony
Every person, including children MUST have a ticket to attend the graduation ceremony. The only exception is a “Lap Infant” (not yet crawling).
Graduates do not need a guest ticket.
Guests without a ticket can view the live stream of graduation in the auditorium or at home.
Coeur d'Alene High School does not charge for ceremony tickets. Anyone selling graduation tickets does not have the right to do so.
If you find that you have extra tickets, please network with other Viking graduates and families who may need more.
Class of 2025 Grad Night Party
Our parent meetings are wrapped up, and the focus is now on Grad Night Party tickets! Tickets are $30 and available with Kelly in the attendance office or online at www.chsclassof2025.com.
Scholarships are available—students should see their counselor if needed.

Civics Exam Information
All students who attend public school in the state of Idaho are required to take and pass the Civics Exam before they graduate. We encourage students who attend CHS to take this exam as early in the school year as possible. (Our students who are enrolled in Government classes on our campus will take this exam in December).
If you do not take Government on our campus (IDLA students, NIC students, etc.) you will need to come to CHS during the following testing windows to complete this exam. See below for study guides. The requirement is to pass this exam with a 60% or higher. This is a graduation requirement, please don't wait until the end of the year to complete this assessment.
