Eric Davis has served as the Executive Director of Human Resources since 2021. Eric has extensive human resources experience in both education and private-sector settings. 

Prior to joining the district, Eric was Principal of a private high school for nine years prior to becoming the organization's Development Director for the K-12 operation. Then he moved on to become the Employee Relations Manager for a large agribusiness in California’s Central Valley for 12 years. 

In this role he managed the HR team for a giant national agriculture corporation that encompassed everything from growing crops to getting food on people's table. This operation had business interests ranging from growing over 1,000 acres of almonds and pistachios, a corporate dairy operation, a major dairy feed manufacturing company, two feed supplement manufacturers, a technology company, a Nashville recording studio, a multimedia marketing firm, a security company, and a number of smaller operations. 

Eric has been married for 40 years, has three children and eight grandkids. His hobbies include radio work as a play-by-play personality on high school football games and college basketball and baseball broadcasts. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Lisa assists the Director of Human Resources in all personnel matters. Please contact Lisa for any questions regarding certified contracts, alternate authorizations or credits/salary schedules. In addition, Lisa works on District State Reporting (ISEE) as well as overseeing the recruiting and hiring process. She works closely with Departments and Building Staff to provide accurate information regarding all staff inquiries.

Josie has been with the district since 2016 and currently manages Classified and Coach staffing. She also oversees compliance and completion for Vector Training and Homeroom evaluations

Lindsey is responsible for the full cycle of substitute staffing, including recruitment, onboarding, placement, and ongoing support of substitute employees across the district. Manages daily substitute coverage needs to ensure classrooms are adequately staffed, and works closely with school administrators to address specific personnel requirements.

In addition to being part of the HR team, Jane is also the District Receptionist.  Her position includes greeting the public, answering phones, scheduling meeting rooms, managing student archive files, assisting the Technology Dept. with device check in/out, and helping Coeur d'Alene Rotary with their Rotary Student of the Month program.
