Open Enrollment for the 2026-2027 Plan Year

Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to review and make changes to your employee benefits. Find plan information, rates, enrollment instructions, important deadlines, and helpful resources below. Coeur d'Alene Public Schools has changed its benefit plan options.

Open Enrollment Action Required

Beginning July 27, all employees must log in to Employee Navigator, the district's benefits portal, to review and select their medical and dental plans for the upcoming plan year.

Before you can begin, you will receive an invitation email from Employee Navigator with instructions for accessing your account.

To continue your insurance coverage, you must:

  • Review your benefit options.

  • Select your medical and dental plans.

  • Confirm and submit your elections to complete your enrollment.

Your benefits elections are not complete until you click "Confirm" and submit your selections.

Self-Enroll

Log into Employee Navigator and select your benefits.

In-Person

Meet 1-on-1 with a benefit counselor at the District Office.

Available dates: 7/27, 7/29, 8/3 and 8/6

Schedule a time

Scheduled appointments are preferred. Walk-ins are also welcome at the District Office from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on July 27, July 29, August 3, and August 5.

Virtual

Meet with a counselor by phone or online. You will receive a reminder via text and phone call.
