To provide CDA Schools with the best-catered services, we request at least 10 days advance notice. Please contact us for pricing information and ideas.

SFE understands that schedule changes occur and the need to cancel may be necessary. We ask that you communicate your cancelation as soon as possible to minimize cancelation fees. The Food Service Department must recover all catering equipment from the event location.

Once you have submitted your catering request, you will receive a confirmation email and quote. Please enter a purchase requisition using Southwest Foodservice as the vendor and make a note that it is a Catered Event & in the Special Instructions - Internal section of the PO.
