I am very excited to be teaching Geoscience and Physical Science for the 2023-24 school year.

I am a proud graduate of the Coeur d'Alene School District and have lived most of my life here in Coeur d'Alene. After graduating from the University of Idaho in 2003, I returned to Coeur d'Alene and split my passions for science and the arts through working in veterinary medicine and a portrait photography studio. In 2011, I was able to start my own photography business and was lucky to do that for over ten years. In 2018, I was inspired to return to school and earned my teaching certificate in Secondary Education through Lewis-Clark State College in 2020. I taught 7th grade science for two years, having many opportunities to teach science in creative and fun ways. When the opportunity to teach at Coeur d'Alene High School came, I jumped and am now so happy to be a part of the CHS family. Go Viks! 

I am a wife and mother to three mini scientists. We enjoy traveling and exploring the natural world in our spare time.
