I was born and raised in Moscow, Idaho, and I’m proud to call north Idaho home. I’ve been coaching basketball since I was 17, starting at Washington State University basketball camps. Over the years, I’ve coached junior varsity basketball, been a varsity assistant, freshman coach, as well as 7th and 8th grade teams. Coaching at a young age sparked my passion for working with kids of all ages.

One of the best decisions of my life was attending North Idaho College for two years before returning to Moscow to earn my bachelor’s degree from the University of Idaho. In the midst of all this, I made the best decision of my life—marrying my high school sweetheart, Rebekah, who is a 5th-grade teacher at Atlas Elementary School. Together, we have two amazing boys: Jordan, 19, a proud third-generation Idaho Vandal sophomore, and Gibson, 17, a junior at CHS, where he participates in football and track & field.

Our family loves the outdoors and sports—whether it’s hunting, fishing, camping, disc golf, skiing/snowboarding, or just about any sport.

I began my education career in 2005 at Coeur d'Alene High School, coaching freshman basketball and track & field. After three years at CHS, I moved to Lakes Middle School, where I spent 11 rewarding years. The experiences and relationships I gained at Lakes will always hold a special place in my heart.

In 2019, I made the jump to high school, and I’m excited to be back at Coeur d'Alene High School, teaching PE/Weights and Fitness and coaching freshman football and track & field. I look forward to the opportunities ahead and continuing to make a positive impact.
