On Tuesday, November 18th bring your invention to the Sorensen Invention Convention. Grades 1- 6 are invited to participate, there are different grade divisions for each category. New this year you can get help and brainstorm with Ms. Babb from 3:30 to 4:30 on Oct 30th, Nov 6th, and Nov 13th! Flyers have gone home with more information or you can contact Ms. Babb, or go to   

Sorensen's chess performance team is hosting their annual cornbread and chili chess tournament on Friday, November 14th from 4 to 6 o'clock in the evening. The event is taking place in the Sorensen Multi-Purpose Room. Come ready to play and eat some good food!
The WHOLE Sorensen Magnet School is going to see "Seussical" performed by CYT North Idaho.
The performance is November 13 at 9:30 at the Kroc Center. We are asking every student
to bring in $6 to help pay for bussing and the performance. Please turn your money
into the office or your classroom teacher.
Every Monday night from 6:30 to 8:30 we have juggling in our gym. It is open to the community, we ask for a one dollar donation per person or two dollars for a family. Lessons, equipment, and a cool teacher will be provided! Come join the fun and learn how to juggle.
