IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING OPEN ENROLLMENT
For families who will be moving or wish to request a transfer to another school in the Coeur d'Alene School District there is now a new procedure for submitting an Open Enrollment form.
The process is only for parents wishing to transfer their student(s) to a school outside their zoned area. (Zoning is based on your home address-see Attendance Zones on the district website for more details). Space for the 2016-2017 school year, is limited in all schools and grade levels. Our district will closely follow Open Enrollment Policy 3010 for all requests. (Venture High School, Ramsey Magnet School and Sorenson Magnet School are the exceptions to this process, as they are application schools and the applications are available on the school's website). Open Enrollment applications are available online for the next year school year only. Open Enrollment will be available on the cdaschools.org website beginning February 1. Please do not wait or you may miss the deadline. If you need more information, please contact us at Canfield Middle School.
