The Coeur d' Alene School District has adopted the "Second Step" program to proactively teach social and behavioral responsibility to your student in grades K-2. Each month, Mr. Myers will come into the classroom and teach lessons focusing on Bryan's universal rules (Be Responsible, Be Respectful, Be Safe). Monthly lessons will be as follows:

Following Direction, Positive Self-Talk, and Being Assertive
Identifying Feelings in Others
Caring and Helping, Identifying our own Feelings
Handling Frustration, Anger, and Calming Down
Waiting, Handling Disappointment
Problem Solving, Personal Safety
Learning to Play Fair
Dealing With Problems With Friends
