1-2-3 Magic!

Staff at Bryan have received training in 1-2-3 Magic and are using it daily.  It WORKS !  This program teaches adults to eliminate the dialogue and eliminate the emotions by giving consistent, clear expectations and consequences, making kids responsible and accountable for their own behavior.  Mrs. Pace and I have taught 1-2-3 Magic to parents, evenings at Bryan and plan to again this year.  Check out the 1-2-3 Magic website.
