Hello! Welcome to Mrs. Smith's multiage 4th and 5th grade classroom! We are a goal driven community of learners on a mission to encourage each other to do our best every day! This year our theme is going to be climbing Mt. Everest. It’s going to be a challenging and exhilarating year that’s going to take perseverance and effort, yet because we are excellent team members and a cohesive community, we are going to make it to the top and better than ever!

 Fun Facts about me:

-I have been teaching for 12 years but this is my first year teaching 4th and 5th grade together!

-I have two boys of my own ages 4 and 6

-I taught for 5 years in Oregon before coming to the CDA School District

-My favorite season is fall

-I enjoy drinking coffee, reading, and the outdoors 

-I love teaching and math is my favorite subject to teach
