Cross Country is a fall sport offered to 9th through 12th grade boys and girls. Because there are no cuts on this team, a wide variety of ability levels are represented. The sport of cross country running combines endurance with speed, agility, and hill technique. All races are 3.1 miles in length and are run over hilly and varied terrain. The season runs from mid-August to the end of October.
