Welcome to first grade! First grade is a fantastic year of firsts! It is the first year of going to school all day, eating lunch at school, being responsible for homework, and starting to take tests. First graders will make more academic growth this year than any other year in their school career. We teach children how to be a part of a classroom community where we all help and take care of each other. We teach creativity along with the foundations needed for the rest of their lives. We value our parents immensely, and look forward to working with you and your first grader!
