Ms. Lisa Pica
My name is Lisa Pica and I am proud to introduce myself as the Principal of Hayden Meadows. I am a native of Idaho and have been a resident of North Idaho since 1985. Prior to becoming an educator, I was in business administration. I had always wanted to be an educator, so I pursued my undergraduate degree from the University of Idaho and later received my Master’s Degree from Gonzaga University. I have been employed by the Coeur d’Alene School District since 1997. My experience as an educator includes teaching kindergarten, Title I Reading, advanced learning classes, second grade, fifth grade and principal at Dalton Elementary before coming to Hayden Meadows.
Mrs. Andrea Neary
Hello! My name is Andrea Neary and I am thankful to be part of the Hayden Meadows team. I graduated from Whitworth University in 2008 and was hired to teach 5th grade at Hayden Meadows, then served as our IB Coordinator and ALP teacher for several years. I received my Masters in Administration degree from the University of Idaho in 2011. Currently I teach ALP reading part time and am also the Assistant Principal. I have the best job ever!
Outside of school I love spending time with my husband and kids enjoying all the wonderful outdoor opportunities at our doorstep - hiking, fishing, running, horseback riding, skiing, kayaking, snowshoeing, and spending time at the lake. I also enjoy reading, yoga, and rodeo!
Hayden Meadows is my home and I feel blessed to work at such a wonderful school with dedicated staff, supportive parents, and amazing students!
