Hello families!

My name is Cassidy Bawden and I am excited to be your child’s third grade teacher this year! I was born and raised in central Montana. I attended Montana State University Bozeman in 2017 and received a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Early Childhood Education (K-3). I began my teaching career in 2021 and my educational experience ranges from teaching students in second and third grade, along with preK through first grade as a preservice teacher. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy exploring all of the wonderful outdoor activities the CDA area has to offer. Other hobbies of mine include cooking and baking, watching funny movies and traveling to new places. I truly believe that families are partners with me when it comes to their child’s education and I encourage you to communicate with me at any time with questions or concerns. I am looking forward to a great year and can’t wait to see all of the learning and growth that is to come!
