My name is Mr. Dahl. I teach Spanish 1 and 2 here at Lake City High School.
I studied at Minot State University in the state of North Dakota. My undergraduate degree is in Spanish Education. I also had the incredible experience of playing for the basketball team while I finished my degree. I am grateful and blessed to be back in my home town teaching at the same school that I was fortunate enough to attend as a student. I have lived in Mexico, where I developed my fluency in Spanish, and traveled to Puerto Rico.
My goal is to make learning Spanish engaging and enjoyable for each student that enters my classroom. Learning a second language is difficult, but has incredible benefits.
I am a dedicated husband and father. My favorite thing to do, outside of teaching, is to spend time with my family. Aside from that, I love playing sports, getting outdoors, and learning new skills.
In addition to teaching, I look forward to coaching the JV Boys Basketball team and coaching the Varsity Boys Tennis team.
