Welcome to the 2022-2023 school year! I recently joined the Canfield team as the newest Resource/Boost Special Education Teacher. This year, I will be teaching Resource Science, Resource Social Studies, Math Boost, and Study Lab. It is my fifth year as an educator. For the last four years, I taught K-5 special education at Bryan Elementary. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Special Education and a master’s degree in Autism Spectrum Disorders. Coeur d’Alene has been my home for the last 30 plus years and I am thankful for the opportunity to give back to the community I grew up in. When I’m not working, you will find me at the lake, in a yoga class, or spending quality time with my husband, son, and daughter. I am excited to get to know your student and help them achieve their goals.
