    *About Me:

    Hello! My name is Christine Sorenson and this is my twelfth year of teaching (2nd at CHS) and third time living in Coeur d'Alene (third time's the charm!). I am originally from Montana and have previously taught 6th-8th ELA in South Dakota on the Pine Ridge reservation and 7th-12th ELA and electives at Lakeside Jr. Sr. High School in Plummer, Idaho. I have a B.A. in English and a B.S.Ed. in Secondary Education from the University of Idaho as well as an M.F.A. in Creative Writing from Oregon State University-Cascades. I am a distance runner and an avid reader who happens to also want to be in the outdoors 24/7.
