Coeur d'Alene Public Schools will be partnering with Parchment starting on July 1, 2021 to help assist our K12 Student Record Management. With this system, former students, alumni, and third-party employers can securely set up an account and request the records they need.
An Easy, Reliable Order Process
Order your transcripts and student records in three simple steps: order, review, and fulfill. Once verified, official transcripts will be sent electronically directly to your institution or employer.
Fees and Charges (Payable Directly to Parchment)
1. Alumni and former students are able to request transcripts for $3.95 per record, payable via credit card or electronic bank transfer.
2. Third Parties are allowed to request transcripts for Verifications and Employer/Graduation Verifications for a $3.95 dollar fee for transcripts requested or Verification/Employment Verification letter which is $12.00 per order.
3. Additional fee of $2.75 per transcript for an official copy sent through the US Postal service rather than a digital electronic transcript.
Express Delivery and international delivery is an option, and fees will be calculated upon request.
