Welcome!  My name is Rachelle and I’m the counselor here at Venture High School.  I earned my Master’s degree in counseling from the University of Idaho and my counseling license from the State of Idaho. I have been working with teens and their families ever since.  As the school counselor, my most important role is to advocate for our students and help them overcome barriers to success.  This includes addressing social, emotional, and academic needs.  Here at Venture, I work to ensure students receive a well-rounded high school experience with multiple opportunities for personal growth and exploring options for life beyond high school.  

In addition to loving the work I do with kids and families, I also enjoy being outdoors in our beautiful community and spending time with my children and grandchildren.
