• Welcome! My name is Michelle Kleinberg and this is my second year at Lake City High School. I grew up in Clovis, California, and majored in Kinesiology - Exercise Science at Fresno State. After spending a few years working with athletes as a sports performance specialist, I decided to pursue a career in education and later earned my teaching credential from the University of La Verne in Biological Sciences. I am currently working towards a Masters Degree in Biology through Grand Canyon University, expected November, 2019.

This year I am teaching Biology, ALP Biology, and ALP Anatomy & Physiology. I am very passionate about education and look forward to another great year at Lake City. As a teacher, my goal is to create a positive learning environment where students feel encouraged, supported and challenged.  In addition to teaching, I also coach volleyball. This is my second year coaching at Lake City and 12th year coaching overall.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family (husband - Matt, puppy - Yankee), working out at Wildland CrossFit, and watching football.

Looking forward to a great year! Go T-Wolves!
