• Dr. Mobarry Hi, I'm Bruce Mobarry, and I teach science at Coeur d'Alene eSchool. Before becoming a teacher, I earned a Ph.D. in Microbiology and worked in the field of bioremediation, using microbes to clean up hazardous waste. After 15 years of doing that, I decided to switch to teaching. After earning my education degree, I taught Physics, Biology, and Chemistry for 2 years in a Phoenix high school. When I returned to Idaho, I taught the Biology for Life Sciences majors sequence at the University of Idaho for 7 years, followed by 2 years of teaching Life Science, Earth Science, and Physical Science at Potlatch Jr.-Sr. High School. For the last 5 years, I have taught Biology, Chemistry, and Physical Science at Coeur d'Alene High School. I love all sorts of science, computer technology, biking, science fiction, fantasy, Steampunk, games of skill, and eating well.
