    Nurse: Connie Drager

For those students who have severe allergies or asthma, please make sure they have their Epi-pen or inhaler on them.  One can always be kept in the office for back up.

If during the year your child requires any prescription or non-prescription medication, the parent or guardian must bring the medication in its original container. Please stop by to sign appropriate forms when you drop off the medication.

Please let us know if your child has recently recovered from any illness, especially a contagious one (i.e.: strep throat, chicken pox, MRSA, pink eye).  All information is confidential.   Please remember to provide a doctor’s note so that your child’s absence is excused.

If your teenager has had a fever, vomiting or diarrhea he/she is advised to stay home until they are fever free for 24 hrs.
