I feel honored to be a part of the Woodland Middle School staff, specifically the 7th grade team.  I teach 7th Grade Life Science to some of the best students in the school.  Over the years, I've taught Life Science, Math, yearbook, computers, gifted programs, study labs and television production.  This nice selection of subjects that I've taught allow for me to really think outside the box when it comes to interesting ways of presenting information.  I can't wait to apply it all to Life Science!

I moved to Idaho in 2013 and have been teaching here at Woodland ever since.  I earned my undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and my Master's degree in Secondary Education from the University of Alaska Fairbanks.  I have a broad variety of interests that allow me to incorporate all sorts of unexpected topics into my instruction.  I can't wait to share them with you!

Also, feel free to stop by before or after school in room 201, the first door on your left as you enter the 7th grade pod.
