Fun Facts About Mrs. Brixen

*I grew up in the Dalton and Hayden areas.

*My education included kindergarten in the little house at the former Kinder Center, grades 1-6 at Dalton Elementary, 7th and 8th grade on 7th Street, 9th grade at the Middle School (now Lakes Middle School), and graduated from Coeur d' Alene High School.

*My husband and I have a son and daughter-in-law that live here in town with their 6 grandchildren.

*I enjoy gardening, watching sports, baking, and being with my grand kids.

*I have a Bachelors of Science in education, Masters degree, Special Education certificate, and a reading endorsement.

*I have been teaching since 2003 right here at Winton.

*I welcome you to Winton and am available most times before school and after school either by phone (208-664-3440), email ( sbrixen@cdaschools.org ), or in person after school.
