Keith Orchard and Raelynn Loken oversee mental wellness support work in our schools.

Keith and Raelynn meet regularly with teachers and staff in our schools to discuss our "whole student" approach to nurture and grow the cognitive, emotional, relational and physical being of each student.

Keith also focuses on community engagement and collaboration with partner agencies and organizations. Strengthening these community connections will ensure we are able to provide wrap-around services for students who need that level of care.

About Keith

I'm a Spokane native and grew up on the lakes of North Idaho. I'm married to a fantastic school teacher and have two incredible boys. My career began as a middle school science and math teacher. I then worked with Idaho Youth Ranch, Child Welfare and now Coeur d'Alene Public Schools. I have a heart for the schools and our community and feel blessed to be able to support students, teachers and families in this capacity.

About Raelynn

I was born and raised in Coeur d'Alene. I attended Coeur d’Alene Public Schools and married my high school sweetheart. Together we have two beautiful daughters. I spent the first 8 years of my career in Child Welfare and served as the Therapeutic Support Classroom Social Worker at Lakes Middle School and Venture High School the past three school years. North Idaho is my home and the mental wellbeing of my community is very important to me. Serving in the schools I once attended is an honor. I am proud of my school district and thrilled to be a support to staff, students and families.

About Erin and Blue

I am a Coeur d’Alene local and loyal fan of 90s, R&B, and The Golden Girls. I began my career with the Coeur d’Alene School District at Winton Elementary in 2013 working in behavior support. This role led me to pursue a career in mental health with a focus on the human-animal bond. Partnered with my facility dog Blue, I continue to be inspired by the powerful impact animals can have on people. I am proud to work for our school district and honored to support the CDA community.

About Roni

A native of New York City, I’m a fan of pizza, Broadway and the Yankees! I began my career in San Diego working with at-risk youth and studying their proclivity towards drug use and crime. My family moved to the Northwest for the beautiful landscapes, four seasons, and outdoor activities. Over a decade ago, I began volunteering, then working, for the district with elementary school kids in need. When I’m not at work, you can find me curled up near a fire with a good book. Both my son and daughter are in college and my husband gives most of his time to local baseball teams, leagues, games and events. I am a passionate advocate for the children of our community. I am looking forward to collaborating with families, staff, and other key stakeholders in our area.
