  • Below is a sampling of the benefits available to our employees. To receive benefits, you must be considered a full-time employee which is 20 hours a week or more. We have 9, 10, 11 and 12-month full-time positions so benefits can vary greatly. Speak to Lisa Loy, HR Assistant,  to confirm the benefits available for a specific position. Email Lisa.

    • Employee contributes 7.16% of earnings pretax
    • CdA Schools contributes 11.94%
    • Employees can fully vest in 60 months
    • Unused sick leave can accumulate and be converted to cash to pay medical insurance premiums
    • PERSI members can retire with full-payment at age 65 OR when your age plus your years of service equal 90.
