Below is a sampling of the benefits available to our employees. To receive benefits, you must be considered a full-time employee which is 20 hours a week or more. We have 9, 10, 11 and 12-month full-time positions so benefits can vary greatly. Speak to Lisa Loy, HR Assistant, to confirm the benefits available for a specific position. Email Lisa.
Benefits-eligible staff receive:
- Up to 10 paid holidays
- Paid vacation for 12-month employees
- Up to 12 sick days per year
- Medical benefits 100% paid for employee starting 30-60 days after first day

Retirement Benefits
- PERSI (Public Employee Retirement System of Idaho
- Lifetime payments
- Employee contributes 7.16% of earnings pretax
- CdA Schools contributes 11.94%
- Employees can fully vest in 60 months
- Unused sick leave can accumulate and be converted to cash to pay medical insurance premiums
- PERSI members can retire with full-payment at age 65 OR when your age plus your years of service equal 90.
