Technology standards are used as a guide for our classroom teachers to provide learning environments that enable students to use technology for improved learning. The Idaho Information and Communication Technology Standards were adopted in 2013 to reflect the changes to the national standards with a focus on the application of technology rather than the technology tools themselves.
The standards are clustered as follows:
- K-2 Technology Standards
- 3-5 Technology Standards
- 6-8 Technology Standards
- 9-12 Technology Standards
- K-12 Technology Standards
The Common Core English Language Arts Standards also include a variety of technology skills, especially in the writing and speaking and listening standards.
