    St. Vincent de Paul H.E.L.P. Center
    This is a “one stop” center to provide crucial services to the homeless and those in need.
    Agencies and services available: St. Vincent’s Affordable Housing office (emergency, transitional, housing first and affordable housing), ICARE program (teaching parenting & child abuse prevention), Social Security Disability Insurance paperwork, Idaho Department of Labor employment services, Idaho Department of Veteran’s Services, Dirne Community Health Clinic (medical and dental checkups), NAMI – National Alliance for the Mentally Ill, and the Homeless Prevention and rapid Re-Housing Program.

    Job Service-Idaho Works
    The Idaho Department of Labor sponsors a comprehensive youth program that is administered through the WIA program. Services that support self-sufficiency such as GED obtainment, vocational or academic training, supportive services and on-the-job training.

    Family Promise
    Provides a sheltering program for families through a network of churches. Meals, case management, educational services and much more is provided. Families must have at least one child (woman can be pregnant) in order to qualify. Only 3 families are accepted into the program and can stay for up to 3 months time.
